I am unable to sign up for fox nation. I want to speak to a live agent. The online service is not usable.

Hello,
Over 2 months ago I canceled my subscription to Fox Nation via the Apple Store since that is how I originally ordered it a year ago.
On the iPhone Settings | Subscriptions | Fox Nation app, it says:
'You've canceled your subscription.'
'Your subscription ended on November 24.'
Renew: $71.00/year, which I didn't exercise.
November 24th came and you charged me $75.78.
I have snapshots of the charge, of the cancellation, and the confirmation that I canceled it, as well as I canceled the subscription via your website, which I also have a snapshot of that screen as well.
I am asking that you refund me the funds that you removed on November 25, 2025.
Please advise so that I can either bring this to a satisfactory conclusion, or file a ticket with my financial institution and submit all my proof.
Please advise so that I know which direction I need to go in.

I signed for a year last year! I have submitted multiple complaints that I paid for Fox Nation for a year, and every time I log on, I have to sign!
Do not bother asking people to pay to be disrespected! Now you have illegally used my personal credit card to not only disrespect me again but charged me over $79.00 instead of the $29.00 last year. You are too cheap to have proper recognition for people who pay, but you give absolutely no notice prior to putting $79.00 on my personal credit card. But my Discover card lets me know the second some slimeball uses my card.
So, be warned! You are not worth $29.00... much less $79.00.
So, I am calling Discover and reporting this fraud charge, because getting someone on the pissed-off-at-Fox line is beyond ridiculous! You must have changed sides and went Democrat.

I signed up for Fox Nation at a rate of $3/month billed annually but what I was billed was $74/year. Tried to inquire about it via chat and was routed to a website that wanted my credit card and sign up for $40/month subscription.
Thats BS! Now my only recourse is to cancel my subscription.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I was refunded the whole amount. I had to reach specific department.
At first they would not return the money because they said that I had agreed to it last time but at this point I feel that they should have not taken out money without me knowing it especially right before the holiday that is too much I can't afford it but they did finally reimburse me

If you move and wish to keep your subscription be prepared to spend a lot of time talking to a bot and when you do get a "live" person you can not talk to them. After 2 days and about 3 hours onn line I gave up and I "think" I got my subscription canceled. It is the WORST experience I EVER had dealing with ANY company to get something up and running, which I never was able to do, and to unsubscribe.
My husband set up FN 3 years ago with his email address and pass word before he died 2 years ago. I kept up the subscription. When I changed address I could not get FN. Hoped to call for help.
Can't talk to anyone. Took half hour to get past the bot. When I finally got someone spent about another hour going back and forth and changed pass word and log in. Went to tv to see if I could get in.
I still couldn't. Went back to person to tell them and they were not there. Had to start all over again with someone else. I said I couldn't get in.
I asked if I used my email address and new pass word if I could. She said that I absolutely could. Tried again, couldn't get in. Then she was gone.
I gave up after 2 hours. Tried again today. NOTHING, I paid for a full year and it's far from over.
Now I fully know why you call us "pissed customer". Because you do a *** *** job in customer non service.

I really wanted to talk to someone in person, was told that wasnt going to happen. I explained my problem to the person via text messaging.
I was charged a yearly subscription to Fox Nation ( that I didnt want) because I originally got the special offer of $24 for the year.
I was told they dont give refunds, to which I was very upset(seeing I had no idea they would charge me without contacting me) after a little bit more conversation they agreed to refund my money. I hope they live up to there word, wont know for a bout 7 days.

Since I joined Fox Nation, I have not been able to connect to you live without you requesting a sign on code. So when I tried to sign in your, AI would not let me go live instead it says sign on with a TV or cable service.
I stream, I don't have nor do I want a cable or tv service.
So I am SOL, can't use your service fully. I am extremely disappointed.

I subscribed to the Fox Nation app last November on a special deal. I was not made aware of the yearly recharge.
I do not even have the credit card associated with that account, so they charged a different card without my permission. Once I was made aware of the charge, I reached out immediately to Fox Nation Customer Support. I was unable to talk to a real person and was sent to an AI chatbot. It was unhelpful, to say the least.
After finally being able to cancel my subscription, I am still fuming. Due to not using the subscription for the past three months, I requested a full or even partial refund. I was denied by the chatbot.
I am overall extremely upset and unsatisfied. I will never be using or recommending these services again to anyone.

Why can't I utilize Fox Nation using the app on my Roku TV without Hulu or any of the others? I paid for a year's subscription and only used a month of it because I'm not using Hulu or the other networks!

Your rep said I could watch Varney and Company through this service, failing to point out an important issue. They are reruns, a day old.
I quickly discovered this and tried to terminate my subscription, less than 14 hours after signing up. However, you do not provide that courtesy.
My next step is to dispute the charges, since Amazon was not helpful. This has soured a twenty-five-year viewer, and it may terminate my viewing of Fox.

The truth is, the $29 was an intro offer. After that year it is $79. If you would stop yelling and research the matter, you would see you are entitled to ONE intro offer per lifetime.
Now go about your day. There’s US citizens to question citizenship status, books to ban and companies who still use DEI to boycott.
Have they went democrat? So they have started telling the truth, report fairly, encourage critical thinking ... obvious why you stopped watching then.
