Cancelled Fox National looking for refund
I downloaded Fox Nation. We have DIRECTV stream.
This was charged to our American Express for $25.49 on November 20. This was supposed to be free.
We have never been able to watch Fox Nation.
Then we get an email to subscribe. I canceled our subscription on this email.

I saw the series, The Saints, and I really wanted to watch it, so I finally joined the FOX Nation streaming service. I tried repeatedly to get it working, but I couldn't; the movies would not play.
I didn't manage to watch even one movie. After numerous attempts, I got disgusted and cancelled. I am a loyal customer, so I am sorry to see that this didn't work out.
I am now requesting a refund to my credit card, as I was not able to utilize your services. Thank you.

Carol you can change your credit card information by logging on the Nation and clicking on your account. Thru your account you can update payment info, your password and your subscription length.

This is the worst app and so I just cancelled my Fox Nation subscription. We have many streaming apps (netflix, amazon prime, paramount plus, discover plus, etc.) and I have none of these other apps have these problems.
Here are the issues we've had with the app.
The app keeps logging me out at the end of the day, and so when I want to watch the next day, I have to log in again. I have a few TV's in my house and I'm logged in to all of them so that I can watch Fox Nation on any of my devices. Even though I only watch Fox Nation on one device at a time, the app says I'm logged in to too many devices and requires that I log out of devices to watch on the current device. That means when I want to watch Fox Nation on a different device later, I have to log in again.
I should be able to stay logged in to all devices and still be able to watch Fox Nation on one of those devices. When I watch a show on Fox Nation, sometimes I can only watch part of the show. When I go back to watch the rest of the show, the app doesn't save where I left off and starts the program at the very beginning. I downloaded the app to my phone, and there's no way to log in.
The start screen just asked which subscription I want to buy. There's literally nothing on the screen that says "log in." So I click on a new subscription, put in my email, and the app said "this email is already associated with an account." Duh! Then finally a link shows up that allows me to log in. But when I logged in, I got the error message that too many devices were logged in.
Again, how many devices logged in shouldn't matter. What matters is how many devices are being used.
There are too many frustrating issues with this app and that's why I cancelled my subscription and why we don't recommend it to others. We have at least 8 streaming apps that we have subscriptions to, and only the Fox Nation app has these problems.

Multiple charges in the same month
I was charged 2 different times in the month of February. Its supposed to be 5.99 a month But u was charged $57.03 on the 14th and $73.47 On the third.And 73.47 on November as well which I did not notice. I have tried to cancel subscription and its not giving me an option.
Have you tried logging on to the Fox Help Site to chat with an online agent for assistance. They can help you track down any accounts that you currently have, it sounds like you mistakenly signed up for multiple accounts.

Resolved: I like the content, but it just wouldn't work on my phone, but now I have fiber optical cable I can't get any one to help me turn it back on.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I finally got a phone call from a real live person and was helped to reload the app and reset my password .
Not good. Read the comment.

Our Black Friday Sale was $1.99 a month for 12 months. To access the sale price you needed to subscribe for 1-year. You were charged a lump sum rather than billed monthly.

Fox Nation doesn't appear to be transferable from my IPhone to my TV. Could not talk to a human only an AI to get the issue resolved.Small print says the $1.99 promotional price is only available to returning customers.
When I tried to load on my tv all I ever got was a retry something is wrong with the app.i am a returning customer but cant get the $1.99 because my tv is not a returning customer. A subscription should be available to all in home electronics.
