Verified ReviewerI can't get the correct price for the annual subscription
I canceled my subscription to Fox Nation because I felt it was too expensive. I started getting emails from them to come back, offering a discount on the annual plan to $2.99 a month booked annually.
When I clicked on the link in the email to accept the offer, it restarted my subscription at the full price monthly rate. When I clicked on change plan to the annual plan, it charged me full price. I tried to call customer support and got a recording to leave a message, so I opted to try their chat. The rep on chat offered me 3 free months (which I declined) but couldn't/wouldn't honor the email offering.
Just the old bait-and-switch routine, so I am done with Fox Nation.
I wasted a good part of a beautiful Sunday afternoon dealing with this! Beware...

I paid for the subscription for the entire year in March. I changed from Xfinity to sling TV and I did not pay it through Apple.

I downloaded Fox Nation. We have DIRECTV stream.
This was charged to our American Express for $25.49 on November 20. This was supposed to be free.
We have never been able to watch Fox Nation.
Then we get an email to subscribe. I canceled our subscription on this email.

This is the worst app and so I just cancelled my Fox Nation subscription. We have many streaming apps (netflix, amazon prime, paramount plus, discover plus, etc.) and I have none of these other apps have these problems.
Here are the issues we've had with the app.
The app keeps logging me out at the end of the day, and so when I want to watch the next day, I have to log in again. I have a few TV's in my house and I'm logged in to all of them so that I can watch Fox Nation on any of my devices. Even though I only watch Fox Nation on one device at a time, the app says I'm logged in to too many devices and requires that I log out of devices to watch on the current device. That means when I want to watch Fox Nation on a different device later, I have to log in again.
I should be able to stay logged in to all devices and still be able to watch Fox Nation on one of those devices. When I watch a show on Fox Nation, sometimes I can only watch part of the show. When I go back to watch the rest of the show, the app doesn't save where I left off and starts the program at the very beginning. I downloaded the app to my phone, and there's no way to log in.
The start screen just asked which subscription I want to buy. There's literally nothing on the screen that says "log in." So I click on a new subscription, put in my email, and the app said "this email is already associated with an account." Duh! Then finally a link shows up that allows me to log in. But when I logged in, I got the error message that too many devices were logged in.
Again, how many devices logged in shouldn't matter. What matters is how many devices are being used.
There are too many frustrating issues with this app and that's why I cancelled my subscription and why we don't recommend it to others. We have at least 8 streaming apps that we have subscriptions to, and only the Fox Nation app has these problems.

I've tried countless times to contact fox nation. Everytime I do i have a problem.
I'm not very computer savy so I never figured out the online part maybe someone over the phone can help. Please before I just cancel. I'm up for renewal and I see it's 2.99 a month now.
I'm still paying about 65.00 a month. Please help me with this issue I'm on a fixed income.

I saw the series, The Saints, and I really wanted to watch it, so I finally joined the FOX Nation streaming service. I tried repeatedly to get it working, but I couldn't; the movies would not play.
I didn't manage to watch even one movie. After numerous attempts, I got disgusted and cancelled. I am a loyal customer, so I am sorry to see that this didn't work out.
I am now requesting a refund to my credit card, as I was not able to utilize your services. Thank you.

I never got to customer setvice
I didn't remember any such account, but I proceeded to change the password, as I didn't remember that either. I received a message that indicated an email problem and could not go any further. I started a chat with who I assumed was a Fox chat line. After describing the problem, the representative on the chat line suggested that I call.
I asked if she was, in fact, a Fox chat line rep, but that question was not answered at all. I asked for a direct phone number to Fox. She then said she would talk to the Fox rep and to complete a form that appeared below the chat, which included my personal info plus a 'refundable' $1 fee to a company, JusAnswer. I have had a very bad and expensive experience with that company in the past, so I knew it was not Fox I was dealing with.
I just disconnected at that point. I was able to subscribe with one of my alternate emails without any issue.
I began this process by going to Fox customer service, where I was directed to FoxNation.
That is where the chat was initiated and all of the above took place. If others are directed to JustAnswer, this will not be the last complaint you will see in this regard.

I was charged 2 different times in the month of February. Its supposed to be 5.99 a month But u was charged $57.03 on the 14th and $73.47 On the third.And 73.47 on November as well which I did not notice. I have tried to cancel subscription and its not giving me an option.

Barring the free trial, all of the 36 monthly payments had to be at $5.99. (or whatever the regular price was at the time)
