Very frustrating that you can’t talk to a live person. I wanted to cancel my subscription which I did through the Fox Nation app and they still ended up charging me.
I had canceled my subscription a month or two ago and they just charged me on my card for another year

I had paid $1.99 ever since I had this...
I had paid $1.99 ever since I had this account. This happened three times now.
So when I login now it says my sign has expired and basically it asked for $8.99 a month Im a 100% Disabled Veteran. I wish somebody can help me with this.

Hello my name is *** and back in April 25 I joined ***. They charged me $38.20.
They renewed me one year later without my knowledge without my consent for almost $80. I need help getting to talk to somebody so I can adjust that fee because that's ridiculous and if I would've known about it, I would've said no but they just scammed me. I guess I'm a very patient person. I've been trying for a long time to get all of *** and I've never been able to talk to anybody so I hope this goes to ***.
Please help me I'm on a fixed budget.
I can't afford $80. Thank you very much *** ***.
User's recommendation: Make it reasonable to get a hold of somebody. This is not right I pay your subscription. I'm on my watch Fox for 14 hours a day and I can't believe that you can't get a hold of them. That's just not good business.

Very unhappy. I signed up for a military free subscription and do not have access. What is the issue?

I hated it for they refused to credit me for two accounts I didnt know I had! I paid for a couple of years n could only watch on my phone.
With other companies I could watch on my tv with app. Long time viewer of fox but no more nation! Fox is that hard up that you just keep renewing my account n refused to end both of them!
N give me a refund! Id never recommend it

I never connected with the technical expert by phone to get help accessing my Fox Nation App. Yet, I just received a $45 charge for the I completed service call. Please refund the $45 immediately.
- - Over 2 hours trying to reach a rep; transferred to a tech and never spoke.
- - A $45 service call was billed; refund requested.
After 2+ hours of trying to reach a rep who could help resolve my issue of not being able to access my Fox Nation app, I was transferred to an expert technician. I left a message for a return call, but was never able to talk with him.
Now I've been charged $45 for the service call. Outrageous! It just adds insult to injury! The disconnect from access to the app was not my fault, and I should not be charged for this unfortunate service call experience.
Please refund my $45 immediately. Thank you.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. It's extremely difficult to cancel a subscription and no live person to speak with.
I have been trying to cancel my subscription that was automatically charged in April for $81. I paid for a full year last year and never set up an account.
I do not want the service and have been trying to get a refund.
It's impossible to reach a live person at your company! How can I get help to cancel the subscription?

Be able to get to a live person the automated system just puts me in circles and then I dont get a live person.

Frustrating
I have a Fox Nation subscription. I lost the app when I got a new receiver. I was just trying to get the app back and all of a sudden they wanted $5 and my credit card number

I want to cancel my subscriptions but not able to! Never can reach a human.
I have spent a lot of time going to foxnation.com and help.fox.com but either get disconnected or screens pop up to buy another subscription.
Why are there companies you can pay to cancel a subscription? Not right to not allow cancellations.

Was charged and I didn’t authorize the charge! It was from a card no longer valid. I did not authorize this charge! This is fraud.
Not be charged for unauthorized service!!! Be able to talk to a human being not AI! I want the charge dropped immediately.

Unresolved Credit Charge
The unresolved issue with Fox Nation is the $21.96 charge that I see on my current credit statement this month. This amount was for a MONTHLY subscription to FOX ONE. I did not subscribe to FOX ONE, and I would like this subscription cancelled and reimbursed.
My bank has been notified, and the charge is being disputed.
