Have customer service phone numbers rather than live chats. Also I'll never order services on a Roku device anymore.

I'll go right through the fox app instead. Overall they were able to get my issue straightened out after I explained what happened with my Roku subscription, and having a separate account for Fox One.

I complained about billing and have not heard of a resolution. I would really like to have a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I (Bryan Johnson) already am subscribed to Fox Nation myself, but I also purchased the $2.99 annual subscription for my brother in Michigan. However, he is unable to access it.

I just logged in to check my account and $71.49 had been taken out. I did not authorize this.

I don't even watch fox nation. However, i do watch fox news faithfully, day and night.

I am requesting reimbursement for this matter.

Fox said I'd get a refund. They lied!

I cancelled on 12/04/25, the day it was due to renew.

They said I would get a refund because I cancelled within 24 hours. I was told me that I would be reimburst

Nothing ever got satisfied the chat was awful and then youre supposed to pay more money to continue your chat. I dont think so. I was looking for a phone number to talk to a person, not a machine.

I was charged 76.85 my fox nation for something that I didn't order from them i can't afford to give money away like that terrible that they took me

I finally canceled my subscription since they charged my account a day early for 86.99, but I was still receiving emails for 2.99 a month holiday special. When I told them to refund my money, they offered a free year subscription after my subscription runs out.

That's 43.50 a year for two years. The holiday rate is 36 per year.

So I was still paying too much. I said NO, and they refunded my money.

I signed up for the 2.99 per month special, so I figured that would come out once a month. The first week of December I was charged 78.00 as the yearly amount. I would like that refunded, and due to this mistake, I have now decided to cancel this subscription.

I was charged $71.88 for renewal for Fox nation ads all over TV have been $2.99 a month for 12 months and yet you charge me over double the amount I called the number it leads me to a website Help.fox.com I have a chat with whatever was on the other end and at the end of the conversation, they wanted five dollars to join the community to get back to me although they stated its fully refundable but didnt explain how just another rip off at this point I want a total refund and cancellation of Fox nation Thank you.

Last year I subscribed to Fox Nation for $55. My bank was just debited by Fox Nation for $76 for this year.

I have been trying to reach a live person to request cancelling my subscription for 5 days.

The number states there is no one available to talk. Very pissed.

While watching my program on Fox Nation, the screen will go all blue, reading: 'Error! You have exceeded your account limits for this service.' Then, in a red bar, it reads: 'global_dismiss.' Who do I speak with to remedy this? Please and thank you.
